Shipping Cut Off Dates

Extended shipping timeframes and carrier delays are expected again this year. While we are in close communication with our shipping partners regarding timelines and will do our very best to set expectations on deliveries, the situation continues to change due to ongoing global supply chain issues that are out of our control. 

The good news - we're currently stocked up on all of your favorites, so by shopping early, the styles you want will still be available. Plus, you'll have peace of mind knowing your gifts will arrive on time.

Return and Exchange Policy

Orders placed in October and November can be returned or exchanged until January 31st, 2022. Orders placed in December will follow our usual return policy of 30 days for returns and 60 days for exchanges and store credit.

We accept returns in unwashed, unworn condition.

Please note that final sale items (items are marked as such) are not eligible for return or exchange at any time.


FAQ

Can I Edit Or Cancel My Order?

  • We process orders quickly to make sure you get your gear without delay. Once an order is placed, we're unable to add or remove products or cancel the order.
  • We do offer free returns and exchanges so if you made a mistake or ordered the wrong size, you can easily exchange it for the correct item.

Can I Use Multiple Coupon Codes on My Order?

  • Our website only allows one discount code per order. Discounts are not eligible on the following accessory items: dog collars and leashes, dog bandana, Yetis, Fits socks, towels, hand scrub, food items, art prints, jewelry (these items will count towards Buy More Save More but will not be discounted) See all offer terms and conditions here.

    Can I Return or Exchange a Gift?

    • We make gift returns and exchanges easy! With the order number and shipping zip code (both can be found on the packing slip), you can complete a gift return or exchange on our returns portal.

    Do You Offer Gift Messaging and Gift Wrap?

    • Yes! We are pleased to offer gift messaging and gift wrap this year.
    • To add a free gift message, go to your cart and select the checkbox "Add a Gift Message". Your message will be included on the packing slip. Don't worry - no prices are included on our packing slips.
    • We also offer an eco, re-usable gift bag for $5. To have your order wrapped in the gift bag, simply go to your cart and select "Add Gift Wrap". A $5 charge will be added to your order for gift wrapping. (Please note - these bags fit about 4 products.)
